Sanjay is the leading figure in Fiji, who has 30 years of vast experience in Civil / Structural Engineering and Project Management. He has a history of working on large commercial, industrial, resorts and hotel projects.
Sanjay under his leadership is guiding HLKJacob to become the best class in Fiji Islands and also expanding the firm's offerings to mid-rise commercial, multi-family and mixed use projects, expanding the commercial/ industrial client base, partnering with local architects and services engineers to complete the best design work in Fiji. He is educated at University of Canterbury in Civil Engineering and is well versed in the Earthquake Resilient Design.
Naveen Ram

Naveen joined HLKJacob in 2012 as a Senior Structural Engineer and has over 15 years of experience in structural engineering and construction supervision. He has experience in design and project management of residential, commercial, institutional, educational, hospitality and healthcare developments, public infrastructure projects, specialized machinery foundations and marine structures as well as resort refurbishment projects. He also has Tertiary teaching experience. Naveen manages our west office and projects.
Sanjit Sharma
BE CIVIL - USQ / GFIE
Sanjit joined HLKJacob in 2010 as a Senior Structural Technician bringing 6 years of experience in structural drafting and observations. He successfully completed his Bachelor of Engineering (Civil) in 2014 while still employed.
His qualification has added value in undertaking major engineering challenges, problem solving and Project/ Construction Management. He has experience in road, residential, commercial, institutional, educational, hospitality and healthcare developments, as well as public infrastructure projects. Sanjit manages Suva Office and leads some of our most challenging civil and structural projects from inception through construction and completion.
